H-Series

Hydrogen
Generation

The H-series design is based on the creation of modules to cover each of the process steps associated with generation of hydrogen gas. The H400B can produce 400 Kg per day. Additionally, users can control the amount generated to fit their needs (200 Kg or 400 Kg.) The H400 can be turned down to 200 Kg a day when needed.

Benefits

Generation at point of use eliminates deliveries and tanker/trailer traffic

Carbon intensity of on-site generation of hydrogen as a fuel is reduced by up to 50%

Trailers offer convenient fuel portability and a compact storage footprint

H400.B Overview

W400 Overview

Purifies potable/city water and stores it until needed for hydrogen generation.

G400 Module

Using Autothermal Reformer technology, the G400 combines purified water (from W400) and methane (from Grid) to generate low pressure impure hydrogen gas.

P400 Module

Purifies gas received from G400 to >99.9% purity and conformance with SAE J2719 standard.

C400 Overview

Compresses gas received from P400 to 7,500 PSIG with option to 10,500 PSIG. Interfaces with OneH2 gas distribution modules.

Generator

Natural Gas Generator provides power to the H400 system.

Interlock Safety

At OneH2, user safety is just as important as the safety of the hydrogen. Through interlock safety relays, we ensure safety throughout our equipment. We have individual safety relays per H2 production module (referred to as local safety relays) plus an additional master safety interlock relay for the H400 system as a whole (referred to as a global safety relay.) Each of these layers operate independently of one another and can terminate power to the equipment when triggered. Through meticulously engineered interlock safety relays, our equipment is equipped to maintain safety at every level of operation, ensuring peace of mind for all stakeholders involved.

ECU CONTROLLED

  • Unlimited cause/effect logic conditions to trigger shutdown, and respond to shutdowns
  • Programmatic conditions by dual processor control box with backup batteries
  • RS485-ModBus communications for fault status / intermodule command and control

LOCAL SAFETY INTERLOCKS

  • Safety devices maintain a direct connection to an in-module (local) safety relay
  • Ability to shut down production module independent of state of Safety Interlock 1
  • Localized E-Stop for operator intervention

GLOBAL SAFETY INTERLOCKS

  • Master and remote E-Stop for Operator intervention, direct connection to Master Electrical 480 VAC panel
  • Direct interlocking of all production modules
  • Real time system Global Safety OK (GSR OK) communication status to all Control Systems
