OneH2 contributes 100% premium for employees and 25% towards the premium for: Spouse, Family, Dependents
Upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, employees are eligible for holiday pay.
OneH2, Inc. observes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day
Offered at a one-time annual wage through Guardian Life Insurance, which covers $5,000 for dependents and $10,000 for spouse.
If overtime is required, any non-exempt employees will be paid time and a half.
Upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, employees are eligible for 5 days (40 hours) of paid time off (PTO).
